With more than a decade of experience as a Licensed Community Association Manager, Alexis understands the complexities of maintaining a property and the importance of having someone dependable looking after it.
Her background in community association management, property management and real estate has given her extensive experience working with homeowners, contractors and service professionals to address maintenance needs, coordinate services and protect property values.
Throughout her career, Alexis recognized a recurring challenge: homeowners who spend time away often lack a knowledgeable, reliable local contact to oversee their property when something unexpected happens.

Lewis Barkley | Co-Founder
Construction Professional | 35+ Years of Industry Experience
With more than 35 years in the construction industry, Lewis brings a depth of practical knowledge that sets Latitude Home Watch apart.
His extensive experience with residential construction, structural components, building systems and exterior building envelopes allows him to recognize potential warning signs that might otherwise be overlooked during a routine property visit.
From roofing, windows and drainage to plumbing, HVAC systems and signs of moisture intrusion, Lewis understands how the different elements of a home work together and where problems can develop.
His hands-on experience, attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills provide an added level of insight when observing property conditions and coordinating necessary maintenance.
